Team Audi North America had a tough day at Limerock!!
Having dominated the majority of races in recent ALMS history, Audi Sport North America had a rough go at the Limerock Park Race in Ct.
Alan Mcnish struggled with technical difficulties early and was residing back in the pack. To add salt to the wound, the second team for Audi Sport ended their day early when Marco Werner barrelled into the wall coming out of a turn. This made room for the Team Penske Porsche Spider to capitalize!! Ryan Briscoe and Sascha Maassen took their second straight overall victory in the American Le Mans series. They are feeling good with their recent success and look to keep it up.

Suspension For the Weekend Warrior!!!
Are you someone that loves high performance cars and high performance driving? Do you occasionally enjoy taking your daily driven car for some spirited laps around the local track? Well, my personal answers to both questions are, YES and YES!!! We would all love a set of adjustable coilovers that we could tune in to suit both purposes, but in reality, that is not always the case. Either because they are too expensive, or just too much work to be constantly adjusting, coilovers are not a practicle option for everyone. One important thing to keep in mind is that whenever suspension performance is increased, comfort will be lost. This article will discuss some options to increase your vehicle's handling characteristics, without sacrificing its everyday driveability. For the Weekend Warrior, who drives his car to work everyday, this may be a fine line.

Audi and Acura win Sebring!! Great finish in GT2!!
It's that time of year again, and it couldn't have come soon enough!! The season has officially kicked off at Sebring!! Audi R10 dominates the P1 class once again, but not without some mechanical problems that will need to be addressed. Also, Acura wins in their first race!! This may be a great sign of things to come from the Acura team. In the GT1 class the Corvettes won easily. It was a great accomplishment as they dominated the race while displaying their new production based AC unit.
The highlight of the day came at the finish for the GT2 competition!! Jaime Melo beat Jorg Bergmeister at the finish to win for the Ferrari against the Porsche. It was about as exciting a finish that we had seen in some time! The 0.20 second difference at the finish line was the closest finish at Sebring in the races 55 year history.
This should be an exciting and very competitive season!!
LIVE coverage this season will be on the Speed Channel and CBS Sports!!
